How long do the trips take?
Well that all depends on where your babies are going. I've had trips that have taken me 4 hours all the way to 4 days. To get the most accurate timeline of your trip reach out with your pickup and drop off locations!
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. I do require a 20% non-refundable deposit that is due upon booking. This is to hold your spot on my calendar. However, the remaining balance is not due until your babies and I arrive safely at the drop off location.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept Venmo, CashApp, Zelle and debit/credit cards. I also accept cash for your remaining balance at drop off.
What are your rates?
I try to keep my rates at $0.57 per mile for my standard ground transport but there are a few different factors that I have to take into consideration when giving out a quote so please reach out to get the most accurate quote possible. Please keep in mind that this does not apply to my flight services and you will have to reach out to me to receive a quote for those services as the rate for tickets constantly change.
Will there be other pets on the ride?
The quotes I give are based on a ride having more than just your pet onboard. However, I do offer VIP rides. When you reach out please specify that you would like a VIP ride and I can quote from there!
What does your quote include?
My quote includes water, hotels and any supplies needed on the road. Supplies are anything from poop bags to baby wipes (for those who make a mess) to sanitizing wipes for cleaning any messes around them. At this time I am not comfortable with providing food as I do not want to upset anyone's tummies.
How soon can we book you?
It really depends on where your baby is going and if I am already on a trip with another pet. Usually I am able to get your baby onboard within a week but please allow 7-10 days just in case I am starting a cross country trip.
What is your cancelation policy?
The 20% deposit will be forfeited if bookings are not canceled within 24 hours of booking your trip.
